Your emotional abuser will always seek to control you, your life, your work and isolate you from your friends, family and the familiar people you used to meet.  Your abuser's only motive is to divide and conquer.

Your abuser will be cold and emotionless to how vulnerable they have made you feel and the upset they have caused you, they will even laugh at you as you cry, some will pretend to comfort you although they are only going through the motions or putting on an act, others will not even attempt to comfort you which is testament to how cold and emotionless they really are, he/she does not and will not love you because they are incapable of love, they only seek to control in any and every way they can for their own benefit.
