Our education, guidance, life coaching, empowerment and confidence building services which include assertiveness training are email based once you have secured a safe place for discussion where you feel at ease to write openly away from your emotional abuser such as at a relative's home, friend's home, with someone you can trust, at your place of work or anywhere where your actions cannot be monitored for your own safety.   

We will educate, guide, life coach, empower and build your confidence to enable you to grow mentally strong and teach you how to take back your life, you can survive such abuse and you will no longer be looking over your shoulder in fear.
